We recognize that our clients operate in fast-paced, demanding and unpredictable environments.

Walk-ins are welcome, expected and we hope to see you soon. 

Reservations can be made via email, phone or online booking.

 

On-Time Arrival:

We ask that you make every effort to arrive a few minutes before your appointment. For those arriving late, we will hold your spot for 15 minutes. We will make every effort to service late arrivals, but cannot guarantee services.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy:

We are considerate of our clients' time, please be considerate of ours. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you for an alternative time.

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not factored into prices (unless specified on a gift card). Gratuity is at the discretion of the client. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we expect you to tell us.  

 

Pre-Booking Skin Care Appointments:

Our skin care services are by appointment and require a credit card to guarantee reservations. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a service will result in a charge to your credit card for the full cost of the service.

Group Reservation Policy:

We are happy to pre-book reservations for groups of 3 or more.

Group reservations require that we block off a substantial amount of our staff and services, therefore, we require a 50%, deposit when services are booked. The balance will be paid on the service day.  

Should the group cancel, or any member of the group cancel,  less than 48 hours prior to when the appointments begin, the credit card used for the deposit will be charged the full cost of the cancelled service. If you must cancel all or part of your reservation, we will provide you with a gift certificate for the amount canceled.

A 20% gratuity per service is automatically added to group service bookings.

 

Groups must arrive 15 minutes before the first service begins.

 

Large parties can reserve the Barbershop for private events, and we may suggest this in certain situations so that we can ensure our regular clients are not disturbed during their scheduled services.  Reserving the Barbershop for private events may require a minimum number of services, or additional fee.
